What this tool does
Move repositions the active layer or selected object without changing its pixels.
Position the canvas, inspect details, rotate the workspace, and choose the final frame.
How to use it

Open an image and choose Move from the left toolbar.

Select a layer, drag it on the canvas, and use the arrow keys when you need one-pixel control.

Review the result at 100% zoom. If the change is too strong, undo it and repeat with a lower intensity.
