Eligibility and authority

You may use ImageWaveLab only if you can enter into a binding agreement under the law that applies to you. If you use it for an organisation, you confirm that you are authorised to act for that organisation.

Minors may use the service only with the involvement and permission of a parent or legal guardian where required by law.

Service and licence

ImageWaveLab provides browser-based image editing, templates, batch processing, supported import and export, optional AI image generation, and temporary collaboration features.

NDK DIGITAL LLP grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the service for lawful personal or internal business purposes. This licence does not transfer ownership of the software, interface, brand, documentation, or service assets.

Features, supported formats, limits, and availability may change. Save source files and export important work because local browser data is not a substitute for your own backup.

Your files and content

You retain the rights you hold in images, prompts, text, project files, comments, and results you create. You are responsible for having the rights and permissions needed to use and submit that material.

You grant NDK DIGITAL LLP only the limited, non-exclusive permission necessary to transmit, process, temporarily store, and return content when you deliberately use a server-backed feature such as AI generation, collaboration, or support. Ordinary editing is performed in the browser and does not grant us a right to publish or sell your files.

AI-assisted features

AI generation and editing run only after an explicit request. The prompt and the image or mask required for that request are sent to the configured AI provider. Do not submit confidential, unlawful, or third-party material that you are not authorised to process.

AI results may be inaccurate, unexpected, or similar to existing material. You must review the output and decide whether it is appropriate and lawful for your intended use. ImageWaveLab does not guarantee originality, factual accuracy, or suitability of generated output.

Temporary collaboration

A collaboration invitation is a secret access link. Share it only with intended participants. The room owner controls access and may end the room. Inactive rooms are scheduled for deletion after 30 minutes, but participants should still export anything they need before leaving.

You are responsible for comments, display names, files, and edits submitted through a room and for obtaining permission from everyone whose material is shared.

Acceptable use

You may use the service only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not harm other people, the service, or its providers.

• Do not violate intellectual-property, privacy, publicity, consumer-protection, or other legal rights.
• Do not upload malware, abusive or exploitative material, scams, phishing, spam, or content prohibited by law.
• Do not probe, overload, scrape, reverse engineer, bypass limits, obtain unauthorised access, or interfere with security or availability, except where the law expressly permits research or interoperability.
• Do not misrepresent ownership, identity, permission, or affiliation, or use another person's secret collaboration link without authority.

Third-party services

Some features depend on third-party infrastructure, browsers, codecs, AI providers, analytics providers, and external websites. Their own terms and privacy notices may apply. We are not responsible for third-party products or content outside our control.

Suspension, updates, and termination

We may restrict or stop access when necessary to address misuse, fraud, security risk, legal requirements, infrastructure problems, or violations of these terms. You may stop using the service at any time and clear local site data through your browser.

We may update these terms and will publish the current version on this page with a new effective date. Material changes apply prospectively unless law requires another process.

Intellectual property

ImageWaveLab software, interface, branding, designs, text, icons, templates, and documentation are owned by NDK DIGITAL LLP or its licensors and protected by applicable law. Except for the licence above, no rights are transferred to you.

Disclaimers and liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ImageWaveLab is provided “as is” and “as available” without a guarantee of uninterrupted availability, compatibility with every file, preservation of every format feature, or fitness for a particular purpose.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, NDK DIGITAL LLP is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential loss, including loss of data, content, profit, opportunity, or business interruption. Where liability cannot be excluded, aggregate liability is limited to the greater of the amount you paid directly for the relevant ImageWaveLab service during the preceding 12 months or the minimum amount required by law. Nothing excludes rights or liability that cannot legally be excluded.

To the extent permitted by law, you agree to reimburse NDK DIGITAL LLP for third-party claims and reasonable costs caused by your unlawful content, misuse of the service, or material breach of these terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, without overriding mandatory consumer protections that apply in your country. Disputes are subject to the courts of England and Wales unless applicable law requires another forum.

Scope and information we process

Ordinary image editing, layer operations, previews, and most exports run in your browser. ImageWaveLab does not create a user account, cloud project library, or permanent server version history for this workflow.

Depending on the feature you choose, we may process the following categories of information:

• Content you intentionally submit for AI generation or editing, including prompts, an image composition, and an edit mask.
• Temporary collaboration data, including the document, comments, participant role, display name, presence information, and room access token.
• Support correspondence, email address, files, and other information you send to us.
• Technical and security data such as request time, IP address, browser or device type, request identifier, error information, and abuse-prevention signals.
• Usage, performance, and analytics events such as page views, Core Web Vitals, editor opens, file uploads, template use, batch processing, and exports, but only through optional analytics after consent.
• Device-local preferences and recovery data stored in localStorage, sessionStorage, or IndexedDB under your browser's control.

iPhone and iPad app, version 1.0

The App Store version 1.0 is a local-first iPhone and iPad app. It does not require an account and does not enable AI generation, collaboration, analytics, advertising, or tracking.

ImageWaveLab does not transmit images or project files from the app. A file leaves the app only when you deliberately choose a destination through Apple's export or sharing interface, or when you contact support yourself.

• Projects, edits, thumbnails, language, and theme preferences stay in the app's container on your device until you delete a project or the app, or iOS clears its data.
• The system Photos picker gives the app only the image you select and does not grant access to your full photo library.
• Camera access is requested only when you choose to take a photo. Add-only Photos access is requested only when you choose Save to Photos.
• The Files picker and share extension handle only items you explicitly select or share with ImageWaveLab.
• Version 1.0 does not collect data from the app for analytics, advertising, profiling, or cross-app tracking.

Purposes and legal bases

We process information to provide requested editing, generation, collaboration, and support functions; secure and troubleshoot the service; comply with law; and, with consent, understand product usage.

• Contract or steps at your request: delivering the feature you choose and responding to support requests.
• Consent: optional analytics and any other processing identified as optional before it begins. You may withdraw consent at any time.
• Legitimate interests: service security, fraud and abuse prevention, diagnostics, reliability, and protection of legal rights where those interests are not overridden by your rights.
• Legal obligation: records or disclosures required by applicable law, courts, or competent authorities.

Recipients and service providers

We disclose only the information reasonably necessary for the relevant purpose. Categories of recipients may include hosting, CDN, database, logging, email and support providers; OpenAI for a generation request you initiate; Google Analytics after analytics consent; professional advisers; and competent authorities where legally required.

Third-party websites and services process data under their own notices. Links to them do not make ImageWaveLab responsible for their independent practices.

International transfers

Providers may process information outside your country. Where data-protection law requires safeguards for an international transfer, we rely on an applicable adequacy decision, contractual safeguards, or another lawful transfer mechanism.

Retention

We keep personal data no longer than reasonably necessary for the purpose described, legal compliance, security, or dispute resolution.

• Local recovery copies and preferences remain on your device until the browser or you remove them.
• Inactive collaboration rooms are scheduled for deletion after 30 minutes; ending a room requests immediate deletion.
• Support correspondence may be retained for up to 24 months unless a longer period is needed for a legal, security, or dispute purpose.
• Technical, diagnostic, and security logs may be retained for up to 24 months, or longer when required to investigate abuse or comply with law.
• Analytics data follows the configured Google Analytics retention settings; analytics cookies are described on the Cookie Policy page.
• AI requests are retained, if at all, according to the configured provider terms and settings that apply when the request is made.

Security

We use reasonable technical and organisational safeguards, including encrypted transport, access controls, secret management, data minimisation, request validation, monitoring, and time-limited collaboration storage. No method of transmission or storage can be guaranteed completely secure.

Keep collaboration links secret, avoid sending sensitive files to AI or support unless necessary, and retain your own copies of important work.

Your rights and choices

Depending on applicable law, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, or object to processing; withdraw consent; receive portable data; and complain to a competent supervisory authority.

You can reject or withdraw analytics consent through Cookie settings. You can remove device-local data through browser settings and end a collaboration room to request deletion. To exercise a legal right concerning server-side data, email support with enough information to locate the relevant request or room. We may need to verify your identity.

Children's privacy

ImageWaveLab is a general-audience creative tool and is not directed at children who cannot legally consent to data processing. We do not knowingly collect a child's personal data where parental authorisation is required. A parent or guardian who believes a child submitted personal data without proper permission should contact us so we can review and delete it where required.

Changes and contact

We may revise this notice to reflect service, provider, or legal changes. The current version and effective date will remain available here. Questions and data-rights requests may be sent to support@ndk-holding.com.

Your choice

On your first visit, you can accept analytics or reject optional collection. Your choice is stored locally so the site can respect it. You can reopen Cookie settings at any time and change that choice.

ImageWaveLab does not use advertising cookies. Essential browser storage remains available because it supports language, consent, security, project handoff, editor preferences, and local recovery. See the separate Cookie Policy for the complete list and controls.
