What this tool does
Eraser removes pixels or clears the active channel with brush-like control.
Draw, paint, erase, sample color, and build raster artwork directly on image layers.
How to use it

Open an image and choose Eraser from the left toolbar.

Set size, hardness, and opacity, then erase in short passes while watching the layer transparency.

Review the result at 100% zoom. If the change is too strong, undo it and repeat with a lower intensity.
What you can make
- Clean unwanted paint and rough edges
- Create transparent cutouts
- Reduce an effect gradually with low opacity
