What this tool does

Bloat expands pixels outward from the brush center, enlarging a local area.

Scale, rotate, change perspective, and reshape pixels with precise or fluid controls.

How to use it

    Open an image and choose Bloat from the left toolbar.

    Center the brush over the feature, use low strength, and apply brief clicks while comparing symmetry.

  3. 03

    Review the result at 100% zoom. If the change is too strong, undo it and repeat with a lower intensity.
